1. Introduction

Welcome to Mayfair Luxury Car Rental ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the booking of our chauffeur-driven luxury car services in Mumbai, India. By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Service

We provide chauffeur-driven luxury car rentals for airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, special events, and hourly, full-day and outstation trips. All our vehicles are provided with a professional, background-verified chauffeur. We do not offer self-drive rentals.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed once our team has accepted and confirmed it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Please provide accurate pick-up location, time, contact number and journey details at the time of booking.

4. Payments & Cancellations

We do not take any advance payment for confirmed bookings. Payment is made as agreed before or at the end of the journey. In case of cancellation, please inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Road tolls, parking and state taxes, where applicable, are charged as per actuals unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle clean and report any accidental damage immediately.
• Do not smoke inside the vehicle.
• Inform the chauffeur about delays in pick-up so that the schedule can be adjusted.
• Ensure children use appropriate seats as required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses

Our vehicles must not be used for any illegal activity, transporting dangerous goods, or any purpose not agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to terminate any trip without refund in case of such misuse.

7. Liability & Limitations

We take care to maintain our vehicles in good condition and to provide courteous chauffeurs. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or delays due to traffic, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
